If you are a patient involved in an electronic diary trial, please contact your Investigator. Due to patient confidentiality laws, direct contact with patients is not permitted and we should not be provided with any contact details for patients.

If you are having an issue with accessing a study and need immediate assistance, please contact the Customer Care team by clicking on the “Contact Us” option on the left of the screen. Customer Care are available 24/7.
